Introduction

Thank you for being here! I'm Kay. I help clients navigate feelings of overwhelm and the challenges of new transitions. Whether it's becoming a parent, experiencing loss or taking on a new role, I take time to really get to know each individual client by hearing their story and identifying their goals, values and what matters most to them. My clients describe me as easy to talk to and relatable. I show up in session as my authentic self, ready to connect and hold space for your journey. I have extensive experience working with persons experiencing depression, burnout and issues commonly experienced by women. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health, guiding new and expecting parents. I am passionate about working with persons with late-diagnosed ADHD by helping them learn how to work with their neurodivergent brain instead of against it. Starting therapy can be intimidating. Please call or email me to schedule a session or to discuss my services further. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation that allows you to get to know me a little better and determine if my experience and style is a good fit for your current needs
