Introduction

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately? When anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma or grief start to feel heavy you don't have to to through it alone-therapy can be a supportive space to understand your story and begin to move through meaningful change. Together, we can work toward greater clarity, balance, and well being. You may also be going through a tough time after a breakup, stress, burnout, infidelity, divorce, caregiving, or codependency. You might be struggling with attachment style issues, life challenges or life transitions. My counseling approach is empathetic, honest and I want to stretch you to be a better version of yourself. I most often combine relational talk therapy with a coaching approach, then I sprinkle in some awesome techniques, Parts Work (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT.) I also do Brainspotting for trauma, triggers, negative reactions and fears. Welcome to a space where you can be seen, heard, and known. Enjoy the comfort and ease of online therapy M-F 8AM-5PM or choose in-person therapy on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 AM-12 PM at 7770 Dell Rd, Suite 120, Chanhassen, MN 55317. Let’s get to the root of your issues, work on some blind spots and find some hidden potential so you can start feeling better. If this feels like the right fit, then please reach out!
