Introduction

I work with individuals, couples, and people in non-monogamous relationships, with a focus on non-monogamy, couples therapy, and sexual trauma. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I want therapy to be a place where you can speak honestly about your experiences without having to defend who you are, how you love, or what you’ve survived. I work from an LGBTQ+, kink, and non-monogamy-affirming perspective, with respect for the many ways people build meaningful lives and relationships. Together, we can explore the patterns that shape your relationships, understand how past experiences affect your present, and make room for choices that feel more authentic to you. My goal isn't to tell you who to be, but to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change without losing sight of who you are.
