I work with teens, and adults seeking a more expressive and creative approach to therapy. I support clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ concerns, identity exploration, creative blocks, divorce, and emotional regulation barriers through a blend of art therapy and talk therapy. Art therapy can be especially helpful if you feel stuck in traditional talk therapy, struggle to put emotions into words, think visually, or want a gentler way to explore your inner world. No artistic skill or experience is required!
