Guiding my practice is the belief that everyone is struggling in their own way. It is okay to acknowledge that you may be having a difficult time. The stigma around mental health treatment is a barrier to many individuals seeking treatment, and I seek to break down that barrier. I can provide an open, welcoming space for clients from all walks of life. I look to support each individual exploring their mental health journey. If you are struggling, I am here to help you.
