My treatment areas include obsessive-compulsive disorder, general anxiety, depression, trauma processing, and attachment/relationship concerns. My approach to counseling is very strengths-based, with the goal of identifying resilience and validating your life experiences, while working towards acceptance and positive change, however you define it!
