I know reaching out for help can feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or even exhausting sometimes. My goal is to create a space where people feel genuinely heard without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I believe therapy works best when people are met where they are, not where they “should” be. My approach is supportive, honest, solution-focused, and rooted heavily in person-centered (Rogerian) theory. I believe most people already have strengths, insight, and resilience within them, but life, trauma, addiction, relationships, or stress can disconnect them from it. Therapy is about helping you reconnect with those parts of yourself while also building practical tools and realistic goals that actually fit your life. I currently practice as a Certified Addictions Practitioner and work with individuals navigating substance use, codependency, self-worth, boundaries, relationship stress, life transitions, and rebuilding stability after difficult seasons of life. I tend to work well with people who want someone real, down-to-earth, and collaborative in the process. I am also currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to continue growing both professionally and personally so I can better serve the people I work with.
