At Luther Psychiatry, my mission is simple: for every person to feel seen, valued, and empowered in their healing journey. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based care that honors the individuality, strengths, and lived experiences of each person I work with. With more than a decade of experience across diverse psychiatric settings—including hospitals, community clinics, private practices, correctional facilities and telepsychiatry clinics—I’ve had the privilege of walking beside individuals through some of their most transformative seasons. I specialize in: -Women’s mental health (life transitions, burnout, compassion fatigue, perfectionism, peripartum and postpartum support) -ADHD and focus-related concerns -Mood, Anxiety and Trauma Related disorders My care considers the whole person: mind, body, lifestyle, and lived experience.
