Sometimes we need a safe, compassionate space to slow down and make sense of what’s happening in our heart, mind, and body. I primarily work with college students and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, postpartum adjustments, and the impact of past trauma or family-of-origin experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and deeply relational—drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based techniques. I offer a supportive space where clients can explore their life story, process emotions, gain insight into who they are, and move toward more wholehearted living.
