As a therapist, I am curious and collaborative. My Native American heritage has influenced my style and approach to health and wellness by highlighting the importance of indigenous knowledge and how it can be used to facilitate healing and hope. In our therapy sessions you can expect to share authentic, genuine, and unique conversations with me around long-held beliefs and assumptions about yourself and your broader relationships and communities. Our time in therapy may also look like; -Taking a walk through nature -Writing a poem or letter -Exploring dreams -Sharing stories -Listening to music As the therapist I acknowledge you as the expert on your life. I won’t set goals for you, rather I’ll work with you as you set your own. I’ll continue to remind you of what your goals are as you begin to make changes to the patterns in your decision making and behavior. When old patterns re-materialize, I’ll hold you accountable and ask you how your choices are helping to get you where you want to be. Poly-friendly LGBTQ+ friendly
