Introduction

Whether you’re showing up as an anxious overthinker, a partner stuck in communication loops, or someone trying to untangle who they are from who they were told to be. I’m here to get curious with you, slow down the chaos, and work toward clarity that actually sticks. I specialize in working with couples, LGBTQIA+ folx, and providing EMDR trauma therapy. Many of the couples I see are in unique or complex situations—exploring ethical nonmonogamy, adjusting after one partner comes out as transgender, navigating mismatched sex drives, feeling more like roommates than partners, recovering from broken trust, or struggling with how to communicate without it turning into another argument. You are not alone, and I’d love to support your relationship. I also work often with clients navigating gender identity and write WPATH letters. Let’s be real: there are a lot of therapists out there. And scrolling through endless profiles to find the right fit can feel like one more exhausting task on your to-do list. So here’s what sets me apart — and why clients say working with me just feels different. With dual master’s degrees in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy, I bring a deep understanding of how relationships impact mental health. I offer a space where you can grieve, hope, rage, and rethink patterns with no judgement. I’m trauma-informed, EMDR-trained, and narrative-based. I'm part of the LGBTQIA+ community and understand the weight of marginalization. I offer 1, 2, or even 3 hour sessions so that we can customize your healing. I deeply deeply care about your journey. Life’s complicated enough—your counseling shouldn’t be. If you want someone who listens, laughs, and actually gets it, let’s get your intake scheduled!
