I enjoy working with people who are looking for new ways to approach life's challenges, express themselves, and navigate the world. I also love working with neurodivergent couples and alternative relationship structures. My goal is to help you learn all that you can about yourself, so that you can decide how you want to respond to life, instead of just reacting to it. I believe in therapy that supports the search for meaning and purpose, fostering authentic self-expression and growth. You are here to practice, not be perfect. I take a primarily reality-based, humanistic approach, pulling from several evidence-based practices and theories including ACT, CBT, and MBSR. I believe in a trauma-informed vs trauma-focused approach, working to understand where you have been, and how that influences where you want to go as the person you are today. I’m currently offering in-person and telehealth appointments for clients in Ohio. Established clients will have the option to schedule “park days." I am happy to meet for a free 15 minute online or phone consultation to help you determine if we would be a good fit for each other.
