Hi, I’m Kaylee Wyman, a clinical mental health counseling graduate student and psychotherapist in training. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and accepted without judgment. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, with an emphasis on helping clients understand themselves, identify patterns that may be holding them back, and build meaningful, lasting change. I have experience working with individuals across a range of needs and levels of acuity, and I value meeting each client where they are. I incorporate solution-focused techniques while also exploring the deeper experiences that shape how we see ourselves and navigate relationships, including inner-child work and Internal Family Systems–informed perspectives. My goal is not to tell you who you should be, but to help you better understand who you are and where you want to go. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe enough to explore, grow, and become more connected to yourself.
