Howdy. I'm Kayleigh Supak, LPC Associate, supervised by Kelly Rice, LPC-S. Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop tools that help you move forward with confidence. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build resilience, strengthen emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. I have a special passion for working with adults, college students and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity concerns, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, motherhood-related stress, perfectionism, and relationship difficulties. I also enjoy supporting clergy families, helping professionals, and individuals who are seeking to reconnect with their values and live more authentically. My goal is to help you feel rooted in who you are, equipped to face life's challenges, and confident in the path ahead. Taking the first step toward counseling can feel intimidating, but reaching out is a courageous act of self-care. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
