Howdy, I’m Kayleigh Supak, M.A., LPC Associate, supervised by Kelly Rice, LPC-S. I work with women, college students, and teen girls who are used to being the capable one. You may be keeping up with school, work, family, or ministry while privately feeling anxious, worn down, or unsure of yourself. If your mind rarely slows down, you replay conversations, feel guilty when you rest, or have lost track of who you are while taking care of everyone else, therapy can give you a place to set some of that down. I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-confidence, motherhood and identity changes, and stressful life transitions. I also understand the particular pressures that can come with college life, ministry families, and living in a rural or small-town community. You do not need the right words or a perfectly organized story before you begin. My style is caring, honest, and practical. I use a person-centered foundation and draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based, and strengths-based approaches. We will talk about what is happening, but we will also work on tools you can use in everyday life—calming anxiety, regulating emotions, setting boundaries, making decisions, and trusting yourself more. Christian faith can be included if it matters to you; it is never required. I offer in-person counseling in Livingston and online therapy across Texas. I currently have openings, accept Aetna and Cigna, and offer a free 15-minute consultation. You are welcome to ask questions and see whether working together feels right for you.
