Kayley Neville, MA, NCC, LPC-Supervisee Supporting identity, healing, and growth—wherever you are in your journey. I’m Kayley Neville, a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisee working toward full licensure in South Dakota under the supervision of Tracy Hunt. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Dakota. I was drawn to this work because I believe in the power of being truly seen. Therapy doesn’t discriminate—it meets people exactly where they are, in whatever chapter they’re in. I’ve seen that the most meaningful change happens when there’s a willingness and motivation to grow, and I feel honored to support people through that process. My approach is grounded in respect, collaboration, and deep curiosity. I work from a person-centered, holistic perspective that considers your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. I often support people navigating identity development, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’ve worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, including multicultural communities, LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, children, and families. I draw from several evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also integrate an existential lens, helping clients explore meaning, purpose, and values in the face of life’s complexities. Whether you’re facing a difficult chapter or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to walk alongside you—not ahead—as you move toward healing and growth. I offer both in-office and online therapy to meet you where you are—literally and emotionally.
