I've worked with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life challenges such as infertility. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns. They are often seeking a space to feel heard, understand their experiences, and gain insight and practical tools that support lasting change and stronger connections with themselves and others. My work focuses on slowing things down to better understand thoughts, emotions, and patterns with compassion. I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and integrate evidence-based tools, including TEAM-CBT techniques. Life experiences, including service in the Army and my own counseling, inform my perspective as I support meaningful change. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating. If you're navigating a difficult season or wondering whether therapy might be helpful, I invite you to reach out. Finding the right fit matters, and I'm happy to explore whether we might work well together. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate practicing under the supervision of Stefanie Archer, LMHC, in accordance with Washington State requirements.
