Wildwood Psychotherapy is a trauma-informed practice serving adults and couples+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic overwhelm, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, burnout, and/or relational stress. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses—and unsure how to break long-standing cycles of self-doubt, conflict, or emotional dysregulation. My work focuses on helping you understand your symptoms, without judgment, and begin to respond to them thoughtfully. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent adults, LGBTQIA+ clients, and non-monogamous or polyamorous couples. My therapeutic approach integrates IFS-informed parts work, EMDR, mindfulness, DBT emotion regulation skills, and Gottman-informed insights for couples. This blend allows us to work with both your inner world and the real patterns impacting your daily life and relationships. I founded Wildwood Psychotherapy because I’m passionate about creating a space where people can explore their internal experiences with safety, curiosity, and real support. Healing isn’t linear, and it isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about understanding your nervous system, honoring what helped you survive, and learning new ways to move through the world with more steadiness and self-trust. If you’re seeking relief from your symptoms, and/or want to feel more regulated and connected in your relationships, I’m here to help.
