Introduction

My approach to therapy is deeply focused on relationships because I believe meaningful change happens through authentic human connection. I offer a safe, inclusive space where you can be messy, human, and fully yourself, where there’s room for humor and lightness even as we do the hard work together. I work with children, teens, and adults on a wide variety of concerns and am particularly passionate about working with LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, sexuality, anxiety, neurodiversity, and ADHD.
