Introduction

I approach therapy as a collaborative process of curiosity and reflection. Together we create a space where you can slow down and explore your inner world. We will pay attention to how past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns continue to influence the present. By bringing awareness to these dynamics, therapy can open possibilities for greater self compassion and choice. Our identities, communities, and the broader systems we live within profoundly shape our mental health and our lived experience. I strive to practice in a way that is attentive to power, culture, and systemic inequities, and that affirms the full complexity of who you are. I specialize and have particular passion in working with queer, trans, and gender non-conforming folks. I consider it a privilege to partner with you in developing a more connected relationship to yourself and to your loved ones. I look forward to meeting you.
