Introduction

Hi! I am Kayte, and I love working in the field of mental health as a therapist. My favorite part about my practice is helping people find their path- to live with intention, to feel purpose and direction, and to know their life reflects the best version of themselves. My style is largely based in Short-Term, Solution Focused theory, and I find my purpose through supporting people during some of life's most challenging times- times of change.
