I am a student clinician with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and develop the tools they need to heal and grow. I am particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing trauma, adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, and mood-related concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. As I continue developing my clinical skills, I am committed to learning evidence-based approaches that help clients build resilience and create meaningful change.
