I’m Dr. KC Hill, a registered psychological associate completing my postdoctoral fellowship at the California Psychology Center, where I collaborate with psychologists devoted to compassionate, research-supported care. I earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah and trained across university counseling centers, community settings, and private practice. I specialize in working with emerging adults and also enjoy working with athletes and other folks in high-pressure and performance or leadership environments (e.g., grad students, executives). Therapy with me is collaborative and person-centered. Rooted in evidence-based approaches like ACT and CBT, I blend warmth, structure, and empathic challenge to support college and graduate students, as well as other emerging adults—managing anxiety, depression, adjustment, sleep concerns, academic/career stress, relationship challenges, or family struggles. I see therapy as a genuine partnership. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, make space for difficult thoughts and emotions, and take grounded steps toward a life aligned with your values. I offer curiosity, compassion, and gentle challenge—and I’d be honored to walk alongside you toward clarity, resilience, and growth.
