You're exhausted — and not just the kind of tired that a good night's sleep can fix. Maybe you've spent years pouring yourself into a career, a role, a faith community, or all of the above, and somewhere along the way you lost track of where all that giving was taking you. Maybe the system you grew up with no longer fits, and questioning it has left you feeling unmoored, grieving, or more alone than you expected. Whatever brought you here, I want you to know: you're not broken. You're burned out. And that can change. I work with people who are dealing with stress and burn out, overwhelmed, and desperate for relief. Whether it's your career, your caregiving role, your relationships, or simply the relentless pressure of trying to keep up — I'm here to help you slow down, figure out what happened, and start finding your way back to yourself. I also work with people navigating religious trauma, including the deconstruction of a religious upbringing. These two things often go hand in hand — many of my clients grew up in faith environments that tied their worth to their productivity, obedience, or sacrifice, and untangling that can be some of the most important and difficult work a person can do. My approach draws from mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care. We'll explore the stories you've been carrying about who you're supposed to be, and gently start to separate what's truly yours from what was handed to you. We'll also build real, practical tools for rest, boundaries, and self-compassion — because healing isn't just about understanding what happened, it's about learning to live differently. I offer telehealth only, so I'm able to connect with clients anywhere across the state — right from the comfort of your own home, at a pace that works for you. You've been holding a lot for a long time. You don't have to keep doing it alone.
