Introduction

Hi, I’m Keanu Roath, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under supervision. Welcome to my website. I am glad you are here! Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I have experience working with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and substance use. My approach is client-centered and culturally responsive, and I will also gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns to support growth and meaningful change. I offer LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) services for individuals in my area, which can be included in your treatment plan or offered as a standalone service. We can discuss how this may align with your goals during sessions. I primarily work with adolescents and adults and support individuals from diverse and underserved communities. I currently offer Telehealth services and am supervised by Dr. Seth Sampson, Ph.D., LPC-S, in Texas. Please note that in the future, I plan to offer in-person services. I will be sure to keep you informed of this option when it becomes available. Do not be afraid to reach out for support, and start your counseling journey.
