I am passionate about working with families, couples, and individuals, bringing a warm, curious energy to the therapy space. I believe you already have the tools you need within you to thrive, and my role is to help you uncover and strengthen them. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. Before attending Northwestern, I completed a two-year fellowship at McLean Hospital. During my fellowship, I worked first on an all-girls adolescent residential unit and later in a partial hospital day program, gaining valuable experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they engage in self-reflection, growth, and change. I deeply enjoy this work and strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
