Life can be complicated. Sometimes you may feel anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply unsure of what comes next. Other times, you may know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure how to get there. Therapy can provide a safe place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and reconnect with yourself. I’m a compassionate, person-centered therapist with a master’s degree in counseling psychology and more than 20 years of experience working in the behavioral health and addiction field. I became passionate about helping others early in my career, and that passion has continued to grow through years of working alongside adolescents, young adults, women, and individuals navigating substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and judgment-free. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—not tell you how you should live it. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and challenges that may be keeping you from feeling your best while building on the strengths you already have.
