Keara is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complexities of their inner world, relationships, and life experiences. She creates a space that feels safe, authentic, and grounded, where clients can show up fully as themselves. She has experience working with anxiety, depression, relational challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma. Her approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on authenticity and self-awareness. Keara helps clients understand the different parts of themselves and how their experiences have shaped them, fostering clarity, compassion, and change. While therapy often holds space for deep and challenging work, she also values humor, bringing lightness when it feels natural and helpful. Keara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania and a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Messiah University and her Master’s in Social Work from Temple University, and holds a certificate in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) from the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development.
