If you’re someone who is hard on yourself no matter what you accomplish, you’re not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, stress, perfectionism, and depression. Many of the clients I work best with are thoughtful, introspective people who want to better understand themselves, improve relationships, and feel more content and confident in who they are. I also work with many men who want support understanding and expressing emotions in healthier ways. My approach blends CBT and DBT with relational and emotionally focused therapy. I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns while building practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and self-criticism in a supportive and collaborative space. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re used to handling everything on your own. Therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and work toward feeling more grounded, authentic, and connected in your life and relationships.
