Introduction

I'm Keegan, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Nevada specializing in trauma, OCD, and ADHD. I became a therapist because I believe people are capable of profound change and I wanted to be part of that process. My work is built around three approaches that I've seen make a real difference: EMDR for processing what's been stuck, DBT for building practical skills that actually hold up outside of session, and ACT for changing your relationship with your thoughts so they stop running the show. Together these aren't just techniques, they're tools for helping you feel like yourself again. I work best with adults who are tired of managing and ready to actually shift something. Whether that's quieting the OCD loops, finally understanding your ADHD brain instead of fighting it, or releasing the weight of trauma you've carried longer than you should have, that's the work I show up for every day.
