Introduction

Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, multicultural and trauma-informed care, and Play Therapy for young clients, my clinical approach is active, curious, and collaborative. I work primarily with clients working through anxiety, mood disorders, school/work/social challenges, executive functioning difficulties, perfectionism, and identity. Working with children, teens, families, and adults, I hope to work with clients to strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, and create a greater self-awareness and strong sense of self. Healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore our experiences openly. Together, we can develop the tools to confidently navigate life's challenges in a way that feels authentic, purposeful, and aligned with your values and goals.
