Through her clinical work, Keely has learned that when we deepen our understanding of our identity, values, and emotional patterns, we build resilience, gain emotional clarity, and move more intentionally toward healing and fulfillment. She works with children, teens, and adults navigating stress, burnout, relationship conflict, trauma, executive dysfunction, perfectionism, and grief and loss. Keely is especially passionate about supporting individuals who identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or part of BIPOC communities, and strives to create an accepting, calming space where clients feel safe and invited to open up, expand self-understanding, and foster meaningful, lasting growth.
