Introduction

Hi, I’m Keely Kelley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Our Community Counseling in McAlester, Oklahoma. My journey into counseling began with a deep desire to help individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult seasons with empathy, understanding, and hope. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, adults, and couples as they discover their strengths, heal from trauma, and rebuild meaningful connections. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and family systems work. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, trauma, grief, family conflict, and relationship challenges. I also support couples seeking to rebuild trust and connection, and families learning to communicate more effectively. At Our Community Counseling, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and find peace within themselves. Whether we’re working through the effects of past trauma, learning coping skills for everyday stress, or improving emotional regulation, my goal is to help you feel more empowered and aligned with the life you want to live. If you’re looking for a counselor who will meet you where you are—with compassion, honesty, and care—I’d be honored to be part of your journey toward healing and growth.
