I am a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Allied Behavioral Healthcare, a group psychology practice offering evidenced based treatment for children, adolescents and adults. Through training in hospitals, school settings and outpatient behavioral health clinics, I have worked extensively with adults and children with complex presentations related to early attachment, familial and relational trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and separation anxiety, ADHD and executive dysfunction, social anxiety, mood disorders, grief, loss, chronic illness and adjustment issues involving some of life's hardest circumstances. My approach is warm, client-centered and collaborative, meeting my clients in whatever stage of change they may find themselves. While I primarily use CBT strategies, my work is informed by attachment and psychodynamic theory, trauma informed approaches, DBT, ACT, and IFS to support a wide range of child and adult symptoms and challenges. I understand the decision to begin therapy (or begin again) is a big one; whether for help managing the behavior of a loved one or for yourself, your relationship or family, I enjoy working with clients who are new to therapy and with those who have struggled to find the right provider or are looking for a more dynamic approach to clear and measurable change
