I work with adolescents and adults ages 15–55 who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure how to create change in their lives. I use mindfulness-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills for managing intense emotions, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process and heal from trauma, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and heal the different parts of yourself that may be holding pain, fear, or protective patterns. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and an EMDR Trained therapist. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin working through what’s been weighing on you. Whether you are new to therapy or wanting to continue the work you have already started, I’d be honored to support you on your journey become the most authentic version of yourself. This is my dream job and I genuinely love what I do! Owning my own mental health private practice has been a goal of mine since I was 16 years old and being a therapist is a core part of my identity, and influences my values and how I interact with people in my day to day life. Since joining the field professionally, I have worked in individual therapy, community mental health centers, and psychiatric hospital settings, both as a therapist and director.
