I know how difficult it is to take this first step and I am glad you are here. I have a diverse background and experience including: working with teens in the school setting, supporting survivors of abuse through the legal process, working with adults in outpatient hospital and interim housing programs–including folks with dual diagnosis. I practice from a trauma-informed, person-centered, and relationally focused foundation, integrating psychodynamic, intersubjective, and anti-oppressive principles into my work. This means I prioritize understanding how past experiences and trauma impact your present life, while recognizing the healing potential of our therapeutic relationship and addressing systemic influences on your well-being. I believe deeply that effective therapy must honor your unique story, circumstances, and goals. My approach is flexible and collaborative—adapting to meet you where you are and supporting you in the ways that resonate most authentically with your needs.
