Hi, I'm Keisha Saunders-Waldron, MA, LCMHCS, LPCC, ACS, NCC, BCTMHC — founder and CEO of Confidential Confessions Counseling Services (CCCS), PLLC, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I founded CCCS in 2015 because I kept watching traditional agency systems fail the very people they were meant to serve — so I left and built something different. At CCCS, clients tell their story once. My team comes in prepared, and we get to work. We serve individuals, couples, families, executives, athletes, musicians, and public figures who carry enormous weight and need a safe place to set it down. I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, faith-based concerns, and workplace burnout — using trauma-informed, evidence-based, and spiritually integrated care, including CBT and solution-focused approaches tailored to each client. Recent Highlights (2025–2026): • Inducted into the West Chester/Liberty Chamber Alliance Women of Excellence Class of 2025 • Recipient of the 2025 Evergreen Award for Leadership and Community Impact • Founder of the inaugural Lace Up for Life Sneakers Ball — a fundraiser raising awareness and funding for mental health and suicide prevention • Featured in Authority Magazine (April 2026) on mental health leadership and self-care for high-performing leaders • Selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who Beyond my clinical practice, I serve as an adjunct professor and university clinical supervisor at Northwestern University, and I've been published in Forbes, Essence, The Baltimore Times, and FEMI Magazine. I am also a Goldman Sachs 10KSB alumna and Cornell Women's Entrepreneurship Certificate holder. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions across North Carolina and Ohio.
