Hello, my name is Keisharely Pérez Arocho, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who provides bilingual (English and Spanish) telehealth therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, difficulties with self-esteem, and challenges with communication or life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with children and adolescents, and I use digital play therapy and developmentally appropriate approaches to help younger clients express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. For many children, talking directly about emotions can feel intimidating, so incorporating play and creativity allows them to communicate their experiences more comfortably. My goal in therapy is to create a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, academic stress, family challenges, or personal uncertainty, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what they are experiencing, and begin building skills that support long-term emotional well-being.
