Introduction

Keith is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who devotes his life and work to those suffering from mental illness and addictions. His approach and techniques reflect evidence based improvements over the last 25 years in mental health treatment technologies. His specialties include: Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT. In our first session I will seek to gain a thorough understanding of your unique strengths and challenges. Together we will identify your goals and establish a plan for how to get there.
