Introduction

Who do I work with? I love working with a variety of people and issues, especially people trying to sort out relationship stress and life transitions. I like helping -loved ones who are navigating grief related to loss, -young adults explore their future or manage the stress of big changes, -parents who are in the trenches of a perinatal/post-partum experience, -men and women going through breakups or wanting to improve communication within their relationships, or -employees who struggle asserting themselves at work or are feeling stuck about how to progress in their careers, I can be a resource for anyone struggling with depressive or anxiety symptoms. I tend to get along well with both men and women and am an LGBTQ ally. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, validated, and empowered. I'll try to ask good questions that help you gain a new perspective of your challenges. I know that finding the right therapist can be intimidating (and exhausting) so I offer a free 15-minute consultation phone call so we can decide if we're a match. If you have specific questions or concerns that I can answer before you have to sign the intake paperwork and charge your insurance it's more efficient for both of us.
