Introduction

Have you been feeling overwhelmed? Burnt Out? Stuck? Misunderstood? Indecisive about life- where you currently are, or where you are going? Struggling in your interpersonal relationships? I am here to provide you with a non-judgmental, safe space curated to guide and support you in overcoming your current challenges and unlocking your purpose, fulfillment and joy in this life. I am a firm believer that we inhabit an innate inner reservoir of strength and resilience that allows us to cope with all that life throws at us, and that innerwell has the power to heal our wounded selves. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with mood disorders including anxiety and depression; transitions in life whether that is within your personal, educational, career or relational spaces; grief work for those losses that were unexpected and life changing; and unhealed trauma experiences that have resulted in PTSD, complex-trauma, and low sense of self-worth and identity. In our work together, I create a therapeutic alliance with clients through openness, non-judgmental and compassionate care. I cultivate a safe space with each client empowering them to face their fears, improve their self perception and draw from their inner reservoir for its healing power. We work together to explore the whole being of you integrating your mental, emotional and spiritual selves. I can't promise that the work will be easy, but it will be worth it, and I am here to stick beside you through it! If you are ready to take the journey to your healed self, I am ready to accompany you on the path to the life of your dreams.
