I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California (PSY29966), Washington State (PY61330815), and Hawaii (PSY-2048-0) who is committed to providing effective and client-centered therapy services. I see clients via telehealth and offer teletherapy services for residents of California, Washington State, and Hawaii. My therapy practice is focused on the complexities and challenges faced by teens, parents, families, and individual adults. I also have a passion for working with pregnant and postpartum women in their journey through pregnancy and birth and into parenthood. I offer expertise, support, knowledge, and coping tools for clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, challenging behaviors, self-harm, perfectionism, parent-child relationship issues, social difficulties, and perinatal mood disorders. My clinical approach is integrative and always considers the unique needs and strengths of each client. I have a strong background in and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, Psychodynamic and Relational approaches, Trauma Focused CBT (TFCBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness tools. I received my undergraduate degree from Princeton University and my doctoral degree in clinical psychology (PsyD) from The Wright Institute.
