I bring two decades of federal experience to my clinical work, including 15 years as a Special Agent. This background has given me a unique understanding of the demands of high-pressure careers, work-life balance, major life transitions, and the challenges that can come with juggling multiple roles and responsibilities. I enjoy working with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, relationship challenges, difficult emotions, and the everyday challenges of life. My approach is warm, compassionate, and practical. I strive to create a comfortable space where you can feel heard and understood, while developing useful coping skills, greater insight, and confidence to move forward. I also volunteer as a hospice bereavement counselor, supporting individuals and families through profound loss, and this is one of my specialty areas. I have the utmost gratitude for my clients for allowing me to serve them as they navigate loss, rebuild meaning, work through anxiety and depression, to find greater balance and fulfillment in everyday life.
