Introduction

Tired of overthinking, arguing with loved ones, and feeling stuck? You’ve come to the right place! I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people feel more like themselves in their relationships, identity, and daily life, especially marginalized populations that may not have anywhere else to just..be. I show up as real, empathetic, and very humorous, and I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods silently. I’ll engage with you and sit with you through the hard moments. I approach therapy through a relational and systemic lens, meaning I am always looking at the bigger picture, including your relationships, environment, and patterns over time. As a Black, queer woman, I bring an intersectional lens to create a space where you can feel seen, respected, and safe to show up fully as yourself. I’m especially passionate about working with adults from marginalized communities, particularly Black, LGBTQIA+ and kinky clients, but I welcome anyone who connects with my approach! And as a bonus, my two dogs may make appearances during virtual sessions, and I promise, they are the cutest! I see the therapeutic relationship as something we build together, and you are the expert in your own life. I’m here to support and guide you through any points in life where you need a little extra help. At the core, my work is about helping you better understand yourself, feel grounded in who you are, and create a life that feels meaningful. You don’t have to do it alone!
