Hi, I'm Kelli. Being human can be complicated. We all experience moments when life feels overwhelming, when familiar patterns keep us stuck, or when we find ourselves navigating changes we never anticipated. I believe therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious and explore new possibilities without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change involves more than understanding ourselves. It also involves experiencing our emotions, developing new skills and discovering different ways of responding to life's challenges. I draw from DBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts-informed perspectives and values-based approaches to help children, teens and adults build self-trust, emotional flexibility and a deeper connection with themselves. I'm particularly drawn to experiential therapy and the idea that sometimes growth begins by doing something differently today than we did yesterday. Together, we can explore familiar patterns, practice new responses and discover ways of living that align more closely with what matters most to you. Before pursuing my master's degree in social work, I spent years teaching yoga and facilitating women's retreats, creating spaces for connection, reflection and personal growth. Outside of my professional life, I'm a mom of five boys, a writer and someone who loves travel, nature, meaningful conversations and a good sense of humor.
