Welcome! I became a therapist because of a combination of my own life experiences and a deep, lifelong desire to help others. I understand that life can feel overwhelming, complicated, and lonely at times, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, supported, and understood without judgment. My professional background began in healthcare and social services before leading me into the therapy field. In every setting I worked in, I discovered that my greatest passion was holding space for others and helping them navigate difficult seasons of life. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, direct, and compassionate. I use a combination of EMDR, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, tailoring the process to each client’s unique needs. I also believe that authenticity, connection, and simply having a safe place to show up as you are can play a meaningful role in the healing process. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, better understand yourself, develop healthier ways of coping, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
