Relational counseling focused on exploring your inner world and shifting learned patterns. Kelli received undergraduate degrees in Spanish and Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2012 and her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. She went on to start a counseling and social service program at a non-profit in Escuintla, Guatemala. Kelli returned to the United States in 2017 and worked as a counselor for with children and adolescents living in shelters for unaccompanied immigrant children. In 2022, Kelli transitioned into working primarily with adults and continued specializing in working with those who have experiences of trauma, particularly the areas of childhood attachment or high control religious environments. She has developed a deep understanding for the nuances, wounding and grief often experienced in the context of relationships. Kelli uses experiential modalities including EFT (emotion-focused therapy) parts work/ IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Coherence Therapy to help clients connect with their inner world in order to understand and start to shift the way they experience and relate to their environment.
