Introduction
I specialize in providing therapy to adult clients who are struggling with anxiety, relational issues, trauma, and/or substance abuse. Many of my clients share about being stuck in an unhealthy pattern, feeling lost, or stuck. Together we can uncover what is underneath your struggles and address what we find. Facing underlying trauma while concurrently looking at the presenting issues is what I do best. The training I have received in evidenced-based, cutting edge therapy modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodrama, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Post Induction Therapy (PIT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) provide me with the skills needed. I have received most of my experience working under some of the masters in the counseling field at The Meadows, a world-renown inpatient treatment facility. I genuinely care about my clients and have a passion for this work. As a recovering person, I know how it is to get stuck in a vicious cycle. Reach out, I can help.
