Introduction

I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges that often come with being human such as stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, and the everyday weight of trying to hold it all together. I try to bring a calm, steady presence to my work and value creating a space where my clients feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy what I jokingly refers to as “old-lady hobbies,” including caring for my animals (currently a pair of newborn calves, too many chickens and a pack of dogs), canning food, cooking, and other homestead-style pursuits. These grounding, hands-on practices reflect my belief in patience, nourishment, and tending carefully to what matters. I try to carry these principles into my therapeutic work to help clients cultivate resilience, balance, and meaningful change.
