Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical, cold, or like something is wrong with you. I believe healing is often less about becoming someone new and more about finding your way back to yourself. I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in eating disorders and body image, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and perfectionism, and religious trauma. My approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size® perspective. In our work together, there is room for all of you—the parts that feel anxious, overwhelmed, perfectionistic, disconnected, stuck, or simply tired of carrying so much. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, curious, and human. We’ll work not only toward understanding what has happened to you, but toward creating the safety and conditions that allow your natural capacity for healing to unfold. I believe healing is our natural return to ourselves, and I’d be honored to support you in that process.
